After you have made your hotel selection, go to the secure,
on-line
registration form and complete the requested information. We will require
your ACBL player number. The credit card that you provide will be used to
guarantee the room in the amount of one night’s charge plus tax. You
must use Mega Housing to qualify for the ACBL discounted rate. We will then
send you an acknowledgement of your reservation by
e-mail, fax or mail. |

| THE ACBL HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
IS AS FOLLOWS
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of arrival, ACBL will charge
a $25.00 cancellation-processing fee to the credit card number you have
provided for your hotel room deposit. If you cancel your reservation 14
days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date you will forfeit one
nights' deposit plus the $25.00 fee. |

as agents and are not responsible for the acts, errors, negligence, on "performance",
or omissions of the vendor, (suppliers such as hotels or tour operators).
The amount of the deposit, any refunds allowed and the time for cancellations
vary according to the vendor, whose policies you agree to abide by.
